If you would like to request usage of this footage, please be sure to read the following information.

1. Purpose and Target Audience
The purpose of this service is to effectively promote the appeal of Kobe by providing video materials (hereinafter referred to as “the Materials”) owned by the Kobe Film Office (hereinafter referred to as “Kobe FO”). The distribution of the Materials is restricted to use by media organizations, travel agencies, video producers, and others for use in content that contributes to promoting tourism and enhancing Kobe’s image. Use of the Materials is granted on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. In principle, use for the purpose of advertising products or companies is not permitted. Regarding requests for use for purposes outside those listed above, Kobe FO will review the purpose and content of the request and determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis based on the intended purpose and other relevant details.
If you wish to use the footage, please submit a request by completing and submitting a Video Provision Request Form. Please specify the intended usage area and purpose in the space provided.

2. Handling of Copyrights, etc.
The copyrights and licensing rights for the Materials accessed through this service are held by Kobe FO. When using the Materials, please include a credit notation.

3. Prohibited Uses
(1) Users are prohibited from using the Materials for expressions or actions prohibited by law, expressions or actions contrary to public order and morals, or expressions or actions that infringe upon third-party rights such as defamation or privacy violations. Moreover, users are prohibited from using the Materials in conjunction with content that includes such expressions or actions.
(2) Users may not license the use of the Materials to third parties. Furthermore, users are prohibited from selling, distributing, transferring, or lending copies or modified versions of the Materials to third parties.
(3) Users are granted permission to use the Materials solely for the specific project (one-time use) applied for using this form. The Materials may not be reused in other programs or projects without the prior consent of the Kobe Film Office.
(4) When using the Materials, any processing or use that damages or has the potential to damage Kobe’s image is prohibited.
※ The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
※ In the event of a violation of any of the aforementioned provisions, or if the Materials are used for purposes other than those for which they were created, Kobe FO reserves the right to terminate such use.

4. Important Notes
(1) Kobe FO does not hold any portrait rights, trademark rights, patent rights, or other rights pertaining to the individuals, buildings, locations, etc., contained in the Materials. If use requires negotiations for permission regarding these rights, users shall conduct such negotiations themselves. If any disputes arise concerning these rights, users shall be responsible for handling and resolving them.
(2) Users shall bear full responsibility for any actions taken while using this service and for their consequences. Furthermore, if a user causes damage to Kobe FO or a third party through the use of this service, the shall be responsible for bearing the costs of compensating for such damage at their own expense. Kobe FO shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by users due to changes or interruptions to this service.
(3) After using this service, please send the deliverables (or URLs in the case of websites) to Kobe FO.
